Care tailored to you

We practice the four pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside therapeutic massage. Used together, they address the root of imbalance and create lasting change.

Acupuncture & Acupressure

Acupuncture & Acupressure

Sterile, single-use, hair-fine needles are placed at specific points along the body's meridians. Stimulating these points signals the brain to release neurotransmitters such as serotonin and norepinephrine, helping the body relax, ease pain, and open a pathway for healing. Acupuncture is also a powerful preventative tool, keeping small imbalances from becoming bigger problems.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Rather than a single herb, Chinese herbal medicine uses carefully balanced formulas. Herbs are chosen for their function, taste, and the organs they support, then combined so they work together. A custom formula reinforces your in-office treatments and keeps your progress going between visits.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage

Targeted bodywork to achieve a specific therapeutic result. Sessions are customized to you and can combine Swedish massage, Amma, and deep tissue techniques depending on what is needed. Acupuncture and massage go hand in hand, and many people find faster relief with a combination of the two.

Cupping, Manual Therapy & NAET

Cupping, Manual Therapy & NAET

Cupping uses gentle suction to bring circulation to an area, reduce inflammation, support lymph drainage, and clear the lactic acid that builds up in sore muscles. It can also help break up congestion from a cold or asthma. NAET (Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique) is offered to help identify and clear allergies.

Qi Gong & Meditation

Therapeutic Exercise, Qi Gong & Meditation

Qi gong translates literally as "energy practice." It is a set of gentle therapeutic exercises, breathing techniques, stretches, and meditations. We can guide you through them during a visit and prescribe them as homework, so your care continues every day, not just on the table.
